Shipping & Cancellation Policy

We ship internationally using trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and sea freight partners including Hapag-Lloyd and CMA-CGM.
Incoterms
• Default Incoterm: FOB (Freight on Board)
• For CIF or DDP quotations, buyers must contact supplier.

Estimated Air Delivery Timelines
International deliveries typically take 4–20 days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Customs delays may occur and are beyond the platform’s control.

Shipping Providers
Buyers may select their preferred shipping carrier during checkout or request custom logistics options.

Custom Duties
Buyers are responsible for:
• All customs duties
• Import taxes
• Documentation required by their country
• Compliance with local import laws
These charges are not included in product or shipping costs unless stated otherwise

Cancellations

Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Email your cancellation request to support@indiansuperstore.com
• After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be accepted, as the order may already be under processing or dispatched.

Damaged Parcels
• If a parcel arrives damaged or tampered, refuse delivery immediately.
• Report the issue to our support team within 24 hours along with photos/videos.
